We offer Private Service to patients that have difficulties attending one of our practices due to a physical/mental illness or disability or for those who are full time carers and are therefore unable to attend one of our practices.
Please contact us by telephone to arrange your privately funded home visit.
After arranging your appointment we will give you the name of the visiting Optometrist and answer any questions you may have regarding your home eye examination.
Any spectacles ordered can be delivered to your home or if you prefer you can arrange for someone to collect from one of our closest practices on your behalf.
Those entitled to NHS vouchers can still use these towards the cost of spectacles.
We also offer Low Vision Assessments and Follow Up’s as part of our Home Visit Service.
